You may be aware that Brixham Cricket Club have recently moved into a brand new ground on North Boundary Road. The facilities and the ground are now amongst the best in Devon. The club has always prided itself on being a family club, encouraging local youngsters to come through the colts set up into the senior sides. Since moving, the clubs membership has grown from 250 to 600 members and continues to attract new people.

We have an active social membership and support local charities through activities such as bingo and quiz nights. Over the years we have raised monies for Brixham Swimming Pool, Furzeham Library, Rowcroft Hospice and Brixham Does Care amongst others.

BCC looks to support local businesses and would like to offer you the chance, either as a company, family or as an individual to support your local cricket club and get involved with sponsoring different aspects of cricket in the 2010 season. To raise our profile and also that of Brixham we have set up a website which will reflect the high standards that we would like to achieve both on and off the field.

We appreciate that in the current financial climate most businesses reduce their financial burden by cutting their advertising budgets. We do however hope that you will be able to support your local club by offering to sponsor us in some way.

The following ways are available:

a) Banner (around the ground) - £200 + vat in the first year (to include cost of providing and fixing the banner) - subsequent years - £100 + vat.

b) Banners (on scorebox) - £300 + vat in the first year (to include cost of providing and fixing the banner) - subsequent years - £200 + vat.

c) Match sponsors (First XI, Second XI and Sunday XI) - £50 + vat (if business).
Sponsors will be acknowledged in the Club Handbook (due to be published at the end of April).

d) Advertise your business through the Brixham Cricket Club website, helping both the club and your business. For an annual fee of just £25.00 + vat we would have your company logo on a dedicated website page for sponsors supporting Brixham Cricket Club with a link to your own website.

e) Shirt sponsors - rates negotiable.
